Let me tell you a bit more about these two event types:
Networking dinners
The most intimate event we have to offer. Capped at 20 people in attendance with two speakers each time, the goal here is to allow for people to really relax and talk to one another, while at the same time learning from some of the best in the game for topics that are a bit more soft-skills-focused but still crucial for our careers as women in marketing. The goal is to bring people from different walks of their career in one place and allow them to get to know one another better, share advice, tips, and network freely.

Sponsors for networking dinners receive newsletter mentions, Slack mentions, promotion in all materials, related to the event, personal appreciation post from Lazarina Stoy. on LinkedIn and X, amongst other perks!
Our next event will take place in Plovdiv, where we will invite two speakers on the night to explore their journey, lessons learned, and together discuss the benefits and limitations for both.

MINI-cONFERENCE
5 talks, wrapped up in a shared theme, followed by a networking session with drinks and catering. Think conference, but mini. Think training day but in an hour’s time. All five sessions jam-packed with information. We will choose a nice venue that allows for networking but also allows for people to be comfortable during the lectures.
Our first mini-conference will be on the topic of Google’s suite of products for marketing, and will take place in November in Sofia. We will showcase speakers that will teach attendees about the latest and greatest ways to advance their skills in using Google Ads, GA4, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Cloud ML APIs (including Gemini).
We are currently looking for 2-3 mini-conference sponsors.

What your sponsorship fees go towards
You sponsorship fees for individual events go towards things like compensation for speakers, hiring a photographer, and lowering the costs for attendees.
Mini-conference sponsorship goes towards things like event venue hire, photographer and videographer hire, and additional costs, related to the promotion and distribution of event materials.
As a Foundation, we also have costs, related to accounting and other administrative functions, as well as financial operation costs.
We also have plans for launching other initiatives like resource hub, mentorship program, and conducting research, which at the present moment will not be possible without attracting sponsors.
How to become a sponsor
Becoming a sponsor is easy - simply purchase the relevant package from the website, and drop me a message on Slack, via email, or via the website contact form. We can then hop on a call or discuss asynchronously the details of how you'd like your company to be promoted via our community.
